LOOI desktop robot
Bridge by LOOI
LOOI, the tracked desk robot that uses a phone as its face: differential drive and head tilt over Bluetooth from a bridge computer (Windows, macOS or Linux) running the OpenVibe Node with the Generic LOOI driver. The phone streams its own video, for example from its browser to the owner's OpenVibe.Live channel, where the robot's panel shows under the stream.
How it connects
Bridge. The OpenVibe Node runs on a computer or phone next to the robot and joins the robot's own link. Nothing on the robot changes.
- The community's Generic LOOI driver bridges to the desk robot over Bluetooth from a Windows PC.
- Install the Node with --driver looi; the phone in LOOI keeps doing what it does.

Safety
Every command passes Bot's gate: roles, the owner's limits and cooldowns, and a latched e-stop only the owner clears. The device stops the motors by itself when commands stop arriving, without asking the network.
